The past 4 years have been a landmark launch for TTMOC. Through our collective efforts, we have expanded our reach, strengthened our programs, and continued to be a beacon of support not just for transmen of color but for all marginalized voices. Despite challenges, our community has shown resilience, solidarity, and a commitment to growth and mutual support. This report highlights our accomplishments and sets the tone for an even more impactful 2026.

1 Membership Growth

  • Increased membership by 55%, reaching over 2600 active participants nationwide.
  • Established new regional chapters in the Midwest and Southeast regions.

2 Programs and Events

  • Launched the “Pathways to Leadership” mentorship program, pairing 5 emerging leaders with seasoned mentors.
  • Conducted 55 virtual workshops on mental health, advocacy, and financial literacy, benefiting over 500 attendees.

3 Community Advocacy

  • Partnered with 10 local and national organizations to address disparities impacting marginalized populations.
  • Provided Lyft codes for marginalized Trans individuals to access jobs and interviews.
